The loading system is the basis of the static test of the aircraft,and the lever load is the most widely used in the static test.But at present in our country,there are still many problems such as large workload,low efficiency and low accuracy and so on in the traditional design of the lever loading system.so it is meaningful to take full advantage of computer aided design technology and computer software engineering technology to design a efficient,integrated the lever load system.The thesis makes use of the CAA technology of CATIA secondary development to design and develop the lever loading system,which is able to automatically complete a large number of computation and complex loading system design,and finally output the three-dimensional model and related information of the level loading system,helping designers to complete the loading system design and coordination work quickly and accurately.Whether the level loading system design is reasonable or not directly affects the accuracy of test loading.Loading points partition,lever connection and counterweight calculation are important tasks in the process of lever loading design.Loading points partition and lever connection are two key problems that affect the accuracy of loading system.From the status of the static test of the aircraft,although the lever load system has been applied to computer aided design method,most limited to modeling and some load or weight calculation and so on,and loading point partition and lever connection problems is still to be solved.Therefore,the clustering algorithm is studied,and an improved clustering algorithm is proposed for the design of level loading.Through the improvement of similarity measurement and distances between clusters and the optimization of clustering point selection strategy in clustering process,two problems in the design of the lever loading are effectively solved.In this paper,the improved clustering algorithm is applied to the development and design of the lever loading system,which effectively improve the accuracy of the lever loading.eventually complete a powerful program of level loading system with simple operation,friendly interface and powerful function.
