In the state's general plan and the national infrastructure,The concrete pump equipment become more and more indispensable,Especially under the concept of " efficient,green and environmental protection ".This paper focuses on the technical bottlenecks of pumping unit control,Aiming at the control difficulties,Such as the reliability of cylinder reversing,the shock of hydraulic system,the efficiency of pumping unit and the synchronization performance of series cylinder,A certain amount of research has been done.Then the integrated control scheme of pump system is presented,Based on the conception of redundant design,The unique signal acquisition mode in this paper is adopted,Through the closed-loop control of controller,The hydraulic volume of the connected cavity is precise adjusted,Therefore all the above difficulties were expected to be resolved.In this paper,The model based on transfer function and the model of state space description based on modern control theory is established for the synchronous integrated control pumping system of hydraulic tandem hydraulic cylinders.The optimal control law for tandem synchronous system is discussed,And the practical strategy related to the synchronous operation of central controller is studied.A complete simulation model of tandem synchronous pump system is established:Based on the unified Matlab platform,The dynamic VR model of the pump unit and The simulink model of the pumping system are established perfectly,which contains a powerful logic control model based on stateflow modeling techniques,To deal with the synchronous integrated control of tandem hydraulic cylinders.By simulation,The feasibility of integrated control scheme is further verified;On the other hand,the control parameters of the simulation optimized are obtained,which to provide the technical data supports necessarily for the engineering design of this project.Based on the EasyController special plateform,Under the control program of the existing pumping equipment,The subprogram development involving to a series techniques in this paper,such as the segmented Bang-Bang approach control and the redundant reversing of hydraulic cylinder,have been completed.Under the working condition,The product performance of the integrated control system has been tracking tested,C omparison with the product performance test data of the original control system,T he performance superiority of the integrated control pumping system in this paper is verified.
