The hat-section floor-beam composite floor is a cold-formed steel composited floorboard system consisting of innovating CFS hat-section floor-beam connected to oriented standard board(OSB)by self-drilling screws.In this paper,mainly describes the detailed study and analysis results on load bearing capacity of hat-section floor-beam and its composited floor by experimental test and finite element analysis.In this paper,two kinds of full-size bending load bearing capacity tests are used to study the CFS hat-section floor-beam and its composited floor with different thicknesses of 1.0mm,1.2mm,1.5mm and 1.8mm and its heights.The test design,trial device,test method,failure model and the test data are processed and summarized in details.Bearing capacity tests are to obtain the load capacity,the relationship between load and mid-span displacement and the relationship between load and cross-section strain,etc.The working mechanism and destruction mode of CFS hat-section floor-beam and its composited floor,the influence of OSB boards on the hat-section floor-beam are concluded and analyzed based on the experimental tests.This has a certain theoretical significance and engineering application value for the application of the CFS hat-section floor-beam and its composited floor.Based on the finite element method,Abaquas finite element software was used to simulate the bending bearing capacity of CFS hat-section floor-beam and its composited floor,taking into account the material nonlinearity and geometric nonlinearity.The plastic shell element is used to simulate the main components in the CFS hat-section floor-beam and its composited floor,and the force form in the simulation test is calculated and the result is obtained.Through the finite element calculation and analysis,the mechanical properties of the specimens are obtained.The working mechanism and the destruction mode are basically the same as those in the test,and the bearing capacity deviation is less than 10%,which verifies the rationality of the modeling method.
