With the great importance and strong support of the country and the government for railway construction,China's railway infrastructure has developed by leaps and bounds,not only in the design of railway projects,but also in the construction of railway projects.A great degree of progress.Considering that the amount of investment in railway projects is large,the duration of construction is long,there are many participants,the relationship between the organizations is more complex,the project investment province and the construction period are shorter,and the quality and technical requirements of the railway project are higher.Coupled with a variety of uncertainties in the construction environment,the risks faced by the railway project during the entire construction process have greatly increased.Today,the risk management of new railway projects has received extensive attention and has become a hot topic in current risk management research.In our country,many railway construction project construction units are not aware of the risks.The risk identification,risk analysis and risk control capabilities have yet to be improved,and it is easy to cause economic losses for the project construction units.This thesis uses the literature research method,case analysis method,qualitative and quantitative analysis method,takes the Dali Railway project as the research object,identifies the risk source of the railway engineering project and the identification of the project risk factors,determines the project risk factor,and carries out the project risk.Evaluation index system construction.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to construct the risk model of the project of Dali Railway,and the weights of each index and the results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are obtained.The countermeasures for the risk control of the Dali Railway project are proposed.In this thesis,the risk assessment of Dali Railway project is studied to provide a new risk assessment method for the risk assessment of railway engineering projects.It can also provide a reference for the risk assessment of other railway engineering projects.Through the research of this paper,the conclusions are as follows:(1)Determine the risk evaluation index system of the Dali Railway Project,which mainly includes five first-level indicators and 20 second-level indicators,which are respectively technical risks(risk of construction organization design,subcontracting Business risk,technical adaptability and matching risk,resource balance risk),management risk(construction quality risk,construction schedule risk,cost over risk,personnel management risk),political risk(local customs risk,national policy risk,government Communication risk,political turmoil,economic risk(inflation risk,interest rate change risk,capital turnover risk,financing channel risk),natural risk(natural disaster risk,geological risk,climate change risk,environmental protection risk);(2)Through the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the total overall risk level of the Dali Railway project is finally determined to be 0.5467.The result is exactly between 0.3 and 0.7,indicating that the risk level of the project belongs to medium risk,technical risk and management risk.The largest,followed by natural risks,economic risks and politics Risk;(3)The overall risk response measures of DL Railway Project are put forward?...
