Because the railway project has cost, long period and to participate in the mainbody, its organizational relationship is very complicated, and in recent years, therailway construction project investment province, often require a shorter constructionperiod, improving technology and quality level of relative construction environmentthere are many uncertain factors, therefore, the construction units facing various risksin the construction of the project implementation stage, the new railway constructionproject risk management has attracted extensive attention of engineering, currentlybecome one of the most popular research direction.In this paper fully absorb and draw lessons from the domestic and foreignengineering project risk management on the basis of related theories and successfulapplication experience, combined with Shanghai harmonious high-power locomotivemaintenance base project site construction situation, carries on the system of theengineering project risk management and related risk management countermeasureresearch, main will make the following research work:(1) according to the basic principle of railway site construction project riskmanagement. Mainly starting from the basic concept of risk management of railwayengineering project site construction paper summarizes risk categories and criteria to classify and analysis, research the field construction of railway engineering projectsconstruction cycle stages of risk management level classification, finally madeapplicable to the general process of railway engineering project risk management andthe basic principle, etc.;(2) Shanghai harmonious power locomotive maintenance base project siteconstruction engineering characteristics analysis. To system analysis of thecharacteristics of the project itself, for the next project risk identification, evaluationand countermeasures research provide prophase engineering theory basis;(3) Shanghai harmonious high-power locomotive maintenance base projectconstruction risk identification and evaluation on the site. Shanghai harmonioushigh-power locomotive maintenance base of the practical problems, carry on thesystem analysis of risk identification and risk assessment;(4) Shanghai harmonious power locomotive maintenance base project siteconstruction risk management countermeasures. Aiming at problems of risk in theproject of the system risk management countermeasure research, in order toultimately reduce the high risk problem in the process of engineering construction,for the risk management in the process of engineering construction to providetheoretical support.This paper based on the combination of theoretical analysis and practicalengineering and other related research means, harmonious high-power locomotivemaintenance base in Shanghai site construction risk assessment of the project, andaccording to the characteristics of the project itself put forward the corresponding risk management measures, through the analysis of the theoretical system, finally itis concluded that apply to the project risk management countermeasure, provides thetheoretical basis for construction management.
