Research On Smart City Construction In Zhangye City

The purpose of building a smart city is to make full use of the Internet,the Internet of Things,and the sensor network.Through the comprehensive use of modern science and technology such as data analysis,artificial intelligence,and cloud computing,the concept of a smart city is introduced into urban planning,construction,and management,and the model of urban management is innovated.We will improve government services.Through the establishment of large urban data centers,integrating various information resources and connecting application systems in various industries,breaking down data barriers,and realizing the wisdom and integration of urban governance,public life will be more convenient and efficient.The construction of smart cities involves the construction of information infrastructure,the application of Internet of Things technology,the application of large data analysis,the monitoring of road networks,digital cities,and digital finance.The construction of smart cities in China mainly focuses on the construction of information infrastructure,the construction and integration of information application systems,the construction of large data centers in cities,data resource sharing,identity authentication,and network security.At the end of 2012,the Ministry of Housing and Construction of the People's Republic of China established the list of the first batch of pilot cities for smart cities in 90 countries.Later,in 2013,it announced the second batch of 103 pilot cities for smart cities in 103 countries.In April 2015,the Ministry of Housing and Construction identified 84 cities(districts,counties,and towns),including Zhangye City and Tianshui City in Gansu Province,as additional pilot projects for the country's smart cities in 2014,plus 193 cities previously announced.By the end of 2015,The number of pilot projects for the construction of smart cities nationwide reached nearly 300.Through pilot guidance and the actual needs of urban development and management,the construction of smart cities has been widely favored by many domestic urban leaders.The pace of construction of smart cities in China has been continuously accelerated,the scale of construction has been continuously expanded,and the results of construction have gradually emerged.Through the search and reference of the intelligent city research theory at home and abroad,this paper understands the present situation and achievements of the intelligent city research.This paper expounds the background and significance of research,combs the development process of intelligent cities at home and abroad,and discusses the ideas and methods of research.Taking zhangye city of Gansu province as an example,the background,goal,task and content of zhangye city construction are expounded.Taking the case of wisdom government,wisdom education and large data center construction in zhangye city as an example,the case is described.Based on the actual construction of zhangye city,this paper analyzes the existing problems and reasons in the management of zhangye city construction,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Finally,the whole research is summarized and looked forward.
