Research On Coupling Coordination Between Smart City And Eco City In Baotou City

The emergence of smart city needs a certain driving force to achieve.In the process of the gradual formation of the concept of smart city,one of the main reasons is that the acceleration of the modernization process has brought about the rapid development of technology and ushered in the leap forward revolution of new information technology.The other reason is the increase of urban population,the rapid development of technology and the rapid development of information technology Under the background of the challenge of urban carrying capacity,academic knowledge research needs to carry out new theoretical innovation environment for the development of cities in the new environment,which reflects the social innovation factors in the process of social and economic development.However,in the process of urban construction,smart city is not the only way out and solution.Ecological city is also a direction of urban construction that can make efficient use of energy,solve pollution and improve people’s happiness.The speed and quality of eco city construction directly affect the living environment and happiness index of residents.Only by fully studying and combing each link of Baotou eco city construction,can we find out the key clues,master the development status of Baotou eco city,and better predict the future development trend.In the existing research and related literature,the coupling coordination research of eco city mainly focuses on urbanization,and the coupling of economy and environment.The research on smart city mainly focuses on planning,index system and evolution route.However,there are few researches on the combination of smart city and eco city.Based on this situation,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the combination of smart city and eco city.This paper determines the index evaluation system based on sop-psr model,analyzes the two subsystems of Baotou smart city and eco city,selects 24 index layers of Baotou from 2013 to 2019,calculates the weight of each index by using entropy method,and substitutes the calculated value into the coupling coordination model and grey system prediction model.The development level,coupling degree and coupling coordination degree of Baotou smart city and eco city are calculated,and the coupling coordination degree in the next three years is predicted.According to the calculation results,three main conclusions can be drawn: first,the development of Baotou smart city has entered a relatively mature new stage,the more perfect policy environment and the gradually improved hardware foundation have created a good environment for the construction of eco city;Secondly,there is a very close relationship between the smart city and the eco city in Baotou city.Coordinating the relationship between the smart city and the eco city can play a positive role in the future development of the city,which is an important development direction in the future;Third,each subsystem of the development of Baotou smart city and eco city has directly started to get certain development,and the situation of interaction,mutual promotion and coordinated development has begun to take shape,but there is still a certain distance from the high coupling level,which also shows that the construction of Baotou smart city and Eco city still has a long way to go.
