With the growth of container trade volume and the trend of large-scale container ship,China's container terminal has been rapid developed.As the terminal land resources is scarce,the past way of simply expanding the terminal area and increase the terminal facilities and equipment to improve the terminal's capacity has been difficult to sustain.Under the pressure of increasing terminal construction and operating costs,in-depth mining of the potential of existing resources to optimize the terminal facilities and equipment scheduling has become the main direction to improve the competitiveness of the port.Container truck is one of the largest number of container terminal equipment,for the current "line mode",there is inequality in the operation between different operating lines,quay crane and the truck is not fully used,and the terminal is more crowded.In this paper,a new "multi-quay cranes cooperative mode" is proposed on the combining of "operating mode","synchronous loading and discharging mode" and "cross hybrid loading and discharging mode".For the same time Port were carried out mixed handling of the situation were analyzed and studied.This paper summarizes the three kinds of working loops that may exist in the condition that the total loading capacity of the two ships is equal to the total unloading capacity,and the corresponding mathematical model is established with the aim of the shortest driving distance of the truck.Based on the actual case of port in port L,the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model,and the optimal operating routs and the number of runs in each loop are obtained.The calculation results show that the matching operation of the import container and the export container can shorten the trucks' total travel distance of 42.72% and reduce the carrier load rate from 61.58% to 31.05% by using the multi-quay cranes cooperative mode and scheduling the card according to the optimal route.Taking into account that the container terminal is a complex discrete random event system,a simple mathematical optimization methods have many limitations and shortcomings,the container terminal simulation software FlexTerm is used in the container terminal operating system on the basis of research,the establishment of L port Simulation model of loading and discharging operation.Based on the optimization of the shortest operating routs of the trucks as the input of the model,the relationship between the efficiency of the quay crane and the efficiency of the trucks is analyzed.Finally,the optimal number of the trucks allocation is determined.The practical suggestions are given for the practical application of "multi – quay cranes cooperation model".The research methods can provide some practical reference for the port decision-makers,and have some reference for the related container terminal operation scheduling research.
