In order to improve the competitiveness of all-hydraulic reverse circulation engineering drilling rigs in domestic and foreign markets,this paper mainly aims at the problems of poor working environment,low efficiency and low power utilization caused by large load changes of all-hydraulic engineering drilling rigs powered by diesel engines.A hydraulic system of GF1500 full hydraulic truck mounted reverse circulation drilling rig is developed and developed.The traditional full hydraulic engineering drilling rig has complex hydraulic system,complicated operation,easy heating,low efficiency and high failure rate.Therefore,it is urgent to apply the most advanced hydraulic technology and the latest hydraulic components on the basis of the traditional hydraulic system to carry out technical transformation,so as to improve the efficiency and improve the function.Based on the analysis of hydraulic control system of full hydraulic reverse circulation engineering drilling rig at home and abroad,combined with drilling theory and practical experience,it is concluded that the rotary speed of drilling rig can be adjusted in a wide range,and can automatically adapt to external load changes and closely cooperate with the feed system.GF1500 full hydraulic vehicle-mounted reverse circulation engineering drilling rig can realize stepless speed regulation in drilling process by applying modern hydraulic technology,and the power head can automatically adjust rotational speed according to different torque to improve drilling efficiency.The GF1500 full hydraulic vehicle-mounted reverse circulation engineering drilling rig combines the drilling technology and the load characteristics of the drilling rig.In the design of the hydraulic circuit,the valve-back compensated pump-controlled load sensing system,the compound hydraulic circuit control technology of vacuum pump and mud pump,and the drilling technology of the power bit with and without pressure are applied.Then the hydraulic control system of full hydraulic vehicle-mounted reverse circulation engineering drilling rig is modeled and simulated by AMEsim software,which verifies the rationality of the design of the hydraulic system of GF1500 full hydraulic vehicle-mounted reverse circulation engineering drilling rig.In this paper,the dynamic design method is used to design the hydraulic system of GF1500 full hydraulic vehicle-mounted reverse circulation engineering drilling rig.The dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic system are analyzed under different working conditions.The rationality of the hydraulic system of the full hydraulic reverse circulation engineering drilling rig is verified,which is helpful to improve the current full hydraulic reverse circulation engineering drilling rig.The degree of automation,the improvement of economy and market competitiveness are of great practical value.The test and application prove that the hydraulic system has practical significance for improving the technical status of the hydraulic system of the reverse circulation engineering drilling rig and promoting the replacement of the reverse circulation engineering drilling rig.
