Research On The Landscape Design Of Historic Conservation Areas Based On Place Spirit

Our country is in the stage of rapid development,the economic level is greatly improved,the modernization process is very rapid.There are all kinds of problems in urban construction,such as the disappearance of urban features and the breaking of history and culture.These problems are especially prominent in the renovation of historic districts.The research attempts to introduce the site spirit theory into the reconstruction of historic district to solve the above problems.Through literature analysis,case analysis,field investigation method to the place spirit and research status at home and abroad and related historical block transformation case studied,dai temple north the section for the selected object,design practice in the landscape design based on the perspective of place spirit,continuation of the place spirit of the site.Through the above research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Historical blocks include not only street space,buildings and structures of "tangible culture",but also "intangible culture" and place spirit.Therefore,when carrying out the revival and transformation of historical blocks,we should not only grasp its physical form,but also integrate its unique place spirit into it.2.Through the analysis of relevant cases,proved that the theory of place spirit can solve the related problems of historical blocks.In the process of the reconstruction of historical blocks,the guidance of site spirit theory is needed.The original features of the site should be preserved as much as possible,and the historical and cultural elements should be integrated into the design.3.In the historical block transformation,can through the advantage of rich natural environment,retain pattern of streets and lanes,streets space sequence,protective renovation streets space interface(bottom space and elevation),unified archaize street furniture,restore the continuation of historical and cultural landscape,inheritance,nonmaterial cultural landscape solve the fracture features disappear,history and culture in the historical block,severe homogeneity and so on.
