Optimization Of Landscape Lighting For Reshaping The Spirit Of Place In Jinan’s Historical And Cultural District

As an important material and cultural heritage of a city,a historical district is an important carrier of the city’s traditional culture and a characteristic business card for China to show its national culture to the outside world.Jinan,known as the "Spring City",has a long history and rich cultural heritage,and is one of the first national cities of historical and cultural significance.As a very important means to shape the night scene and express the spirit of place,lighting is indeed worthy of in-depth study and exploration.At this stage,the landscape lighting of Jinan’s historical and cultural district generally has some problems,the prominent problem is the contradiction between landscape lighting and the preservation of the district culture,and therefore causes the historical and cultural district spirit of place "sense of identity","sense of direction","sense of belonging" three "sense of belonging" three aspects are weakened.Therefore,the need for targeted research,and landscape lighting technology optimization,strategy improvement,in the most efficient way and at the lowest cost to protect historical culture,reshaping the spirit of place.The research process grasps the problem-oriented,demand-driven and technology-renewed approach to identify the main problems of landscape lighting in historical and cultural districts and propose optimization solutions.This thesis uses literature research method,field survey method,cross-disciplinary research method,and case and comprehensive research method to conduct field research on the historical and cultural districts of Jinan.This paper firstly conducts a conceptual study on historical and cultural district,spirit of place and landscape lighting;then analyzes the inner connection between landscape lighting and the spirit of place of historical and cultural district according to the current situation of Jinan historical and cultural district,the connotation of spirit of place and the current situation of landscape lighting;secondly,classifies and summarizes the cases of landscape lighting optimization from three aspects of landscape lighting: light and shadow art techniques,mood shaping and lighting methods.Secondly,from three aspects of landscape lighting,light and shadow art techniques,mood shaping,lighting methods,the classification of landscape lighting optimization cases,experience summary.The principles,ideas and strategies of landscape lighting optimization suitable for the characteristics of Jinan’s cultural landscape will be proposed according to the relevant cases,and the design practice will then support the conclusions of this thesis.
