| At present,the research of twist beam suspension mainly involves two aspects: one is the optimization research on suspension system of vehicle steering performance;the other is the research for the intensity and fatigue durability of twist beam suspension.Actually,in terms of the vibration transmission performance of twist beam suspension,there is also research value on vehicle NVH performance.In this paper,an accurate model of twist beam suspension is established based on method of test and CAE.Under the premise of stability,improve the NVH performance by optimizing the bushing stiffness.Firstly,it elaborates the problems and the basic solutions of vehicle NVH.In terms of the higher interior vibration and noise in constant speed caused by twist beam suspension,conducts test and simulation for the modal and vibration transmission of twist beam suspension.An appropriate mesh size in HyperMesh is selected to establish an accurate finite element model of twist beam suspension,and imports the MNF file to Adams/Car,and establishes a rigid-flexible coupled model based on vehicle parameters.Secondly,random road file is established,Therefore,aiming at the vibration of the rear seats,after analyzing the vibration sensitivity of bushing stiffness in twist beam suspension system,the bushing stiffness with higher sensitivity is optimized by Adams/Insight technology,which improves the NVH performance,on the basis of stability.Finally,road test is conducted to compare the changes of vehicle vibration and noise before and after bushing stiffness optimization.The test result shows that optimized suspension will decrease interior vibration and noise,so it proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the optimization plan,also provides reference for establishing an accurate twist beam suspension model and optimizing vehicle NVH performance. |
