With the rapid development of China's economy,the automobile industry isdeveloping rapidly.In recent years,China's automobile production has been increasing.At the same time,the problem of environmental pollution in China become more and more worrisome.Under the call of the national low-carbon transportation policy,more and more LNG?Liquefied Natural Gas?long-distance coaches were put on public service.And the operation management,fault maintenance management,operational economics and carbon emission characteristics of LNG coaches have attracted much attention.In order to manage the operation information of LNG coaches more systematically and effectively,this article using Visual Studio Microsoft 2012 and Microsoft Office Access as the development tool and Visual C#as the development language,designed a vehicle operation management system which based on local area network database operation.The system includes three modules:vehicle and driver file management,fault maintenance management,driving and energy management,which mainly accomplish the vehicles'and drivers'files addition,deletion,modification and query;Archiving,querying,modification and comparison of fault information and vehicle cost during bus operation.After the design,development and testing of the system completed,it is applied to the research of twenty intercity buses of Tianjin Transportation Group.This system obtained the data of running time,running mileage,operating energy consumption,running speed and fault information etc.According to the obtained data,we calculated the average energy cost per hundred kilometers and average maintenance cost per hundred kilometers of LNG and diesel bus.Then we analyzed and compared the economic difference between the LNG and diesel bus in the two aspects of energy consumption and maintenance;Using carbon balance method to calculate the carbon emission factor of LNG and diesel bus,we got the relationship between carbon emission factor and bus energy consumption,then we calculated the CO2 emission reduction of LNG bus in relation to the diesel bus;Finally,through the analysis of the survey data,we got the distribution of the speed,passenger load factor and passenger traffic volume of 10 LNG buses,and analyzed the relationship between them and the carbon dioxide emission factor(CO2e).From two aspects of economy and carbon emission characteristics,we concluded the driving factors of promoting development the intercity LNG bus.
