At present, the world is experiencing a climate change whose main feature iswarming, which has become the crisis and challenges of the world. Low-carboneconomy is the best pattern which reduces greenhouse gas emission and global warming.This thesis was aimed to developing low-carbon economy in China through someindustrial cases. The detailed analysis of three industrial cases were summarized asfollowing:1. High efficient usage of coal gas in Tangshan Steel Company.The energy requirement in Tangshan Steel Company was provided by coal gas. Inorder to improve the efficiency of the coal gas, this topic was aimed to remold themanufacture system based on the calculation. Some instrument, such as low efficientboiler system, was removed from the line. The old gas drive blower was replaced byelectronic blower. A220KV transformer was rebuilted. Through such remolding, themanfacture line efficiency was improved, which showed benefit for improving thecompetitiveness of company, realizing the efficiency both in social and economic.2. Application of tetra-cyclo theory in sodium silica industry.A. The simulation burn model which was developed by xinao energy companywas applied in the silica industry in this thesis. The simulation process showed effectivein developing modification system in such industry for improve the efficiency.B. The model was applied for the remold of Xinlong sodium silica company inthis thesis. The results showed that this simulation could be well applied into industryprocess. It can be used as the direction for improvement of the energy racializationefficiency.3. Project feasibility for brown coal and natural gas application in Baoshancement company.
