There are a lot of tall buildings in the upper set to small residence, lower for officesand business places of big width room. The buildings’ function vertical, making the lowerfloors of the vertical structure or form and the upper floors difference is different. Then weneed to decorate level conversion components are used to convert structure, namely thestructure transformation layer. But the current study of transfer floor structure analysis lackof a perfect plan. So it has an important practical significance that analyzing the transferfloor structure, raising reasonable analysis method, putting forward influence rules thatdynamic characteristics of transition layer buildings under of seismic action. In this paper, author establishing two structures, a transfer floor structure and acommon frame structure, by using ANSYS finite element analysis software, analysis theelastic-plastic time history analysis on the structure under unidirectional, bi-directionalseismic function, bidirectional and bi-directional torsional seismic function, and comparesome of properties of the dynamic characteristics and seismic response of the transfer floorstructure and the common frame structure under seismic function. Get the following mainconclusion.1. Beam transformation layer structure and the ordinary frame structure haveapproximately the same change trend of vibration period. Because of some columns notfalling to the ground, vibration cycle in the first three order of transfer floor structure isbigger than ordinary frame structure.2. The transfer floor structure’s translation reaction and torsional response undermultidimensional seismic function is bigger than under unidirectional seismic function. Theinternal force and hysteresis curve of the column in different position are different.3. The influence of the seismic torsional on the structural translation reaction is verysmall. But the effect of structural torsional response is very significant. And, the seismicresponse of asymmetrical connected structure is obviously bigge r than symmetricalconnected structure. No matter which kinds of seismic waves, the transformation layer hasthe biggest displacement between layers, and the interlayer displacement angle is also thebiggest.
