A Study On The Spatial Design Of The Day Care Center For The Olderly In The Community

With the increase of the average age,the proportion of population structure tends to be "aging".At present,China is in the initial stage of aging development,and this phenomenon will gradually affect the construction of social construction industry.Community elderly pension day care center has become an important mode of pension,after field survey of the current most of the residential area to take care of the elderly the daytime use space in the center of the lack of design,the most of the community elderly day care centers can't meet the requirements of users.Based on the case study,this paper put forward the community elderly day care centers and interior space using the present situation of the problem,find out the causes of the problem,put forward the correct design objectives,principles and methods,and offer reference for future design practice,to improve the community elderly day care centers and interior space environment,upgrade the quality of life of the elderly.First of all,through to the pension space design trend of polysemy,adaptability,multiple needs and application of theoretical research,for the next step of research provides the theoretical basis;Then,through the way of practice research,from the space function,space users and services to the community to the old day care centers and interior space design are analyzed,and summarizes the main points of the community elderly day care centers and interior space design,from the elderly behavior and demand characteristics of the elderly day care centers and community space design principles and strategies of the analysis and discussion in three aspects;Finally,in the meet the needs of spatial design key points and the activity scale,the introduction of space of polysemy and composite application space design method,build the adaptability of community elderly day care centers and interior space design patterns.This paper aims to community elderly care center the rationalization of interior space design in the day,and improve the efficiency of the use of space,realize the polysemy development of space,make the community elderly day care centers and interior space as far as possible meet the use requirements of different participants,can the elderly day care centers for the community building design to provide some guidance of theory and practice.
