Research On Space Design Of The Community Day Care Center For Old People In Shenzhen Based On POE

Under the background of global aging,China's old-age situation is becoming more and more serious,and with the trend of modern family structure becoming more and more empty,the community pension model is gradually emerging.Since2011,the Shenzhen Municipal Government has started to build a community pension service agency.The main form of the institution is the community elderly day care center.So far,88 cities have been built in the city,which are distributed in the main residential areas of various administrative districts to solve the huge pension needs.However,after investigation,it was found that in the construction process,due to the short development time and large scale,all aspects have problems to be improved.This paper uses the POE method to study the space design of the Shenzhen Day Care Center from the perspective of design science,and proposes an effective optimization strategy for its current situation.Firstly,the research on day care center,POE method and gerontology related theory is carried out.Then,five representative community day care centers in Shenzhen are selected as examples.The POE method is used to comprehensively evaluate the indoor and outdoor space design.According to the spatial characteristics of the day care center,the POE factor set model is built,covering the five aspects of overall environmental quality,outdoor space environment,indoor space environment,supporting facilities and transportation.The evaluation index is divided into five parts by the measurement method of Likert scale.The five evaluation grades allow the elderly to evaluate.The data is collected mainly by the structure questionnaire and the free interview method.Then,the evaluation results are averaged,variance and correlation analysis by each day care center sample.The advantages and disadvantages of a day care center.Secondly,the evaluation results of the five cases were compared and summarized horizontally.The results of the POE survey of the five samples were summarized,and the current characteristics of the day care centerand the main problems in design was found.Finally,the most typical scientific and technological park community elderly day care center in the case is selected as the specific research object.Based on the spatial characteristics of the day care center and the physiological,psychological and behavioral characteristics of the elderly,combined with the field investigation,the above findings are found.The problem is given a specific optimization strategy,and spatial optimization design is carried out to practice POE research results and optimization strategies.The paper uses the POE method to strive for the validity and intuitiveness of the data.From the perspective of the user,it provides a reference for the space design of the community day care center.
