| With the rapid development of China’s economy and the acceleration of the urbanization process, the urban living garbage is also increasing. At the same time, the environmental protection consciousness of people constantly improve, making the city sanitation work extensive attention. As an important tool to improve the urban environment, the demand for garbage transportation is increasing. In recent years, the carriage unloading type garbage trucks are in the ranks of the forefront of sanitation machinery, and product performance is also rising. The Sub-frame,the hook-life arm and the carriage are the main components of the working device of the carriage unloading type garbage truck,so it is essential to improve their working performance. The CAE analysis of the working device of the carriage unloading type garbage truck can improve the performance of the vehicle, reduce the design quality and reduce the production cost. The research is based on the carriage unloading type garbage truck which is cooperatively designed by our college and a special vehicle manufacturing company in Hebei province.Firstly,The three-dimensional model of the carriage unloading type garbage truck is set up by using the UG8.0 three-dimensional modeling software;secondly, using the ADAMS software to the dynamic simulation of working process of the garbage truck, and the kinematics, dynamic characteristic curve and related data of the loading, unloading and dumping are obtained; Then, the finite element models of the sub-frame,the hook-life arm and the carriage are established by using HyperWorks software, and static analysis and modal analysis are carried out for the typical working condition of these parts.Furthermore, according to the finite element analysis results, the structural optimization of each part is made. Finally, the new optimized model is analyzed and validated. The research results indicate that the maximum stress of the sub-frame decreases from 172.4MPa to 147.7MPa,and the performance is improved greatly. At the same time, the working device can meet the working requirements when the weight of the garbage truck is reduced by 92.3kg and the weight loss rate is 21.0%. |
