| In recent years,the prefabricated building form has developed rapidly,and the domestic housing construction method has gradually changed from the traditional construction method to the prefabricated building.The intelligent manufacturing production model of prefabricated components of prefabricated buildings is conducive to reducing production costs and improving production efficiency and production quality for standardized production of prefabricated buildings.The concrete placing machine system is the core system of the entire precast concrete component production line,responsible for concrete pouring of the precast component mold placed on the mold table.The development and design of a concrete distributor system suitable for the domestic prefabricated construction industry will become an important trend in the application of intelligent manufacturing in prefabricated buildings.In view of the fact that the domestic independent research and development of the concrete distributor system is still immature,this article will carry out the design analysis of the concrete distributor system in accordance with the domestic production standards of prefabricated building components.First,the production process of precast concrete components is analyzed,combined with the effect of the concrete placing machine system on the process flow in the production of precast concrete components,the functional requirements analysis and system scheme design are carried out.The overall design scheme of the concrete placing machine system is finally determined.Then combined with the functional requirements and design parameters of the cloth hopper and the torpedo tank,a cloth hopper device that can be used for precise cloth and a torpedo tank device that conveys concrete for the cloth hopper are designed.The design of various parts of the cloth hopper and the torpedo tank,as well as the design of key components and the selection of standard parts,have been completed,and the calculation and selection of the driving part has been completed.Finally,based on the overall structural design of the concrete placing machine system,combined with the finite element analysis theory and method,the strength check and stiffness analysis of the supporting frame and walking frame carrying the placing hopper and torpedo tank are carried out;and the weak parts are analyzed according to the analysis results.Optimize the design to verify the rationality of the optimized design. |
