Research On The Application Of Lowest Price Evaluation Method Based On Historical Data

What is the reasonable level of project contracting price?This paper applies the historical data to the review of the reasonableness of the lowest price evaluation method and establishes a historical engineering transaction price database.Analyze the application of the lowest bid evaluation method in the evaluation of historical engineering bids and successful bids data for a period of time,and identify the existing problems.Propose the use of historical data to assist the application of the lowest bid evaluation.First of all,use some features of the project to identify similar projects,and then use the transaction price data of similar projects to identify the reasonableness of the bid price from both total price and unit price.The total price review includes a preliminary review of the total price,a review of the price rationality,and a review of the total price structure;the unit price review includes the unit price rationality review and the bidder's beaconing behavior analysis and identification.Through research,the evaluation of price rationality and the market price level can be combined by historical data,The price review process of the lowest bid evaluation method is improved,which is conducive to realizing a reasonable and reasonable bid.
