The efficient and rapid construction of the fabricated building can not be separated from the sufficient mechanical equipment at the scene.Compared with cast-in-place concrete buildings,the layout of the construction machinery and prefabricated blocks of the fabricated building has greater impact on the construction stage.Therefore,a reasonable construction site layout program is particularly important.At present,the layout of the construction site mainly depends on the experience of engineers in China,which cannot meet the needs of the engineering practice.Therefore,a mathematical model is proposed to study the safety-oriented layout of the prefabricated construction site.First of all,the safety risks and characteristics of the layout of the assembled construction site are summarized.The basis and principles of the site layout are clearly defined.According to the characteristics of the layout of the assembled construction site,the research objects are selected and two targets,"minimum transportation exposure of tower crane" and "minimum safety distance between facilities",are determined.Through literature review,normative extraction and questionnaire survey,29 factors affecting the layout of assembly site are screened out.Secondly,the constraints of the prefabricated construction site layout and the basic assumptions of the modeling are discussed.The objective function of the hook transport exposure and the safety distance of the facility are constructed.The tower crane coverage constraints,the tower arm minimum safety distance constraints,the noise constraints,boundaries constraints and anti-overlap constraints are analyzed.These constraints ensure the safety and feasibility of the layout scheme.Then,programming in C++ and Python language is used to establish a safety-oriented layout plan for construction site in an assembly site.The multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm based on adaptive crowding grid is used to solve the model and output the non-inferior solution set.The AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation strategy is used to select the layout scheme of the assembly construction site,and the optimal layout of the case project is outputted.The problem of the safety-oriented plane layout of prefabricated building construction is studied by the mathematical modeling method in this paper,which has changed the traditional methods of laying down facilities by their experience and personal preferences.Under the conditions of efficiency and cost,the maximum safety benefit of the construction site is achieved.The combination of quantitative calculation and qualitative evaluation is realized in the layout of assembly site.Modeling methods can become a common method.This method breaks through the traditional methods of facility layout.This method reduces the blindness of layout and improves the security level under the premise of guaranteeing the lowest safety cost.This study is of practical significance and guiding significance.
