| Prefabricated building is a technological innovation aimed at improving construction efficiency and building quality.Its emergence has largely solved the problems of high consumption and low output,large environmental pollution and lagging production technology in China’s traditional construction industry.In recent years,the rapid development of prefabricated buildings has driven the growth of component order demand,and also led to a sudden increase in the number of prefabricated plant construction.At the present stage,the construction of prefabrication plants all over the country is mostly driven by industrial policies or blindly follow the trend.Due to the lack of targeted site selection planning and layout guidance for prefabricated plants,prefabricated plants in many areas cannot survive continuously due to the lack of industrial competitive advantages,which is not conducive to the future development of prefabricated construction industry in the long run.Based on the above problems,this paper deeply explores the location planning and plane layout of prefabricated building prefabrication plant,and expounds the detailed research ideas.In terms of location planning of prefabrication plant,this paper first establishes a multi-objective location model with minimum location cost,minimum total carbon emission and maximum customer service distance satisfaction;Secondly,NSGA-Ⅲ algorithm is used to solve the problem,and the results are briefly analyzed combined with the designer’s preference;Finally,NSGA-Ⅲ and NSGA-Ⅱ are compared from the two aspects of solution speed and comprehensive performance,respectively,so as to highlight the superiority of NSGA-Ⅲ.In terms of plane layout optimization,aiming at the problems such as long total material handling route and unreasonable layout of production units caused by the previous layout of prefabrication plants relying mainly on manual experience,this paper first establishes the plane layout optimization model of prefabrication plants with the objective of minimizing the total material handling distance and maximizing the utilization rate of layout area;Secondly,the artificial bee colony algorithm is selected to solve the model.In the initial solution generation stage,the SLP method is used to obtain the initial layout as part of the initial population,which increases the diversity of the population.In the leading bee stage,combined with the problems studied,three operators of move,turn and exchange are designed for neighborhood search.In the stage of following bees,the elite strategy is integrated to update;Finally,the applicability of the model and algorithm is tested by taking the plane layout problem of a prefabrication factory as an example.It is hoped that the research in this paper can make a certain contribution to the long-term development of prefabricated component enterprises and accelerate the development of prefabricated buildings. |
