The layout of the tower crane at the construction site is a condition and foundation for the development of construction activities.Reasonable arrangement of tower crane has an influence on construction price and progress of the item,but due to technical reasons the layout of tower cranes at structure sites is often adjusted by the project manager based on engineering experience.Therefore,on the basis of in-depth understanding of the layout of tower crane at the construction site,based on previous research results,a set of scientific and reasonable layout method for tower crane in construction site is established by means of science and technology.The main research substance of this thesis are as follows:(1)This article describes the research status of BIM technology and intelligent algorithm domestic and foreign,and summed up current status of tower crane layout plans in overseas.By analyzing the safety management of the construction site,the layout of the tower crane and the problems existing in the use of the construction site,combing the main elements effecting the selection of tower crane and the main principles that the tower crane layout should be followed,also analyzes the related elements effecting the opt of tower crane.Comprehensive application process of BIM and corpuscle flock algorithms in tower crane layout planning has been advanced.(2)Based on new media project,building 3D model of construction site by BIM,information requirements for extraction of construction site,including the site space constraints,plane geometry information,construction material information,and calculates the required quantities.After determining the type and quantity of tower crane,confirm the configuration range of tower crane,and finally divide of demand area and supply area according to various information.(3)To establish a mathematical pattern of the tower crane layout.Firstly,the layout parameters of tower crane in construction site are set.The mathematical model of the minimum cost of tower crane is found by goal function.Restrictions are decided based on realistic constraints such as space constraints on the construction site and safety distance between tower cranes.Use MATLAB programming to count the model,count the objective function values,analyze the production results,contrast the cost values to determine the optimal layout plan for the tower crane,and the plan coordinates of tower crane can be obtained.(4)Visual expression of tower crane layout scheme by BIM.Combining the final tower crane layout plan with the new Media Industrial Park project,the application points are verified from four aspects: Conflict Analysis of construction space,optimization of construction site layout,visual management of tower crane construction process,safety technical disclosure and education and training.According to the content of tower crane safety management and control,this thesis puts forward specific implementation strategies to better verify the applicability of tower crane layout planning scheme in the construction site.This result certify the practical value of this method and we hope that future research will be helpful,the possibility of an association of particle swarm optimization and BIM skill in tower crane layout will be proposed and supply a reference for other similar regulation.
