Study On Supply Chain Management Optimization Of S Household Electrical Appliances Manufacture Enterprise

In the new round of economic growth cycle at the beginning of this century,China's manufacturing industry expanded rapidly.But domestic and international demand has gradually declined in recent years.With the release of manufacturing capacity and the continuous improvement of enterprise productivity,there is a serious overcapacity in many industries,"Oversupply" and "Overcapacity" have become the main phenomenon of supply and demand market.The implementation of the German "Industrial 4.0" and American "Re-industrialization" plans aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of the domestic manufacturing industry,the rising labor costs in China,and the rapid participation of the manufacturing industry of the developing countries in Southeast Asia,all these have brought unprecedented competitive pressures to Chinese manufacturing enterprises.Only through the optimization of traditional enterprise internal management,enterprises can no longer get sustained competitiveness.However,the supply chain management,which emerged in the 1980 s to reduce the total cost of supply chain,can inject new vitality into the development of supply chain member enterprises,and help them to establish unique advantages in fierce market competition.S washing machine manufacturer built in 1996 by S Group of Korea is a typical household appliance manufacturer.S manufacturer has come to a standstill and the sales revenue has declined significantly compared with the peak period.S enterprise is facing unprecedented pressure of survival.Based on the research of supply chain management theory and successful application cases at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the problems and shortcomings of supply chain management in S enterprise in planning and operation.And then puts forward the optimization scheme of supply chain management for S enterprise,which is helpful to make S enterprise have lower cost advantage among in S group.Specifically,first,through studying the relevant literature,the current study situation of supply chain management at home and abroad,the definition of supply chain and supply chain management,the key issues of supply chain management,supplier management mode and purchasing material classification method,the causes of "bullwhip effect" and improving countermeasures,collaborative inventory management,etc.are expounded in this paper.All these provide theoretical basis for the analysis and solution of S enterprise's supply chain management.Then,through taking S enterprise as the specific research object,the situation of its supply chain management is investigated deeply,and the problems and shortcomings in the practice of S enterprise supply chain management are obtained through comparative analysis and questionnaire survey.Finally,aiming at the problems and shortcomings of S enterprises in supply chain management,the paper puts forward the optimization method for S enterprise supply chain management,including,Optimizing the organizational structure of supply chain management and human resources assurance,building a win-win supplier relationship,improving the forecast and evaluation of finished product demand,improving the management of finished product supply,strengthening the application of information system to promote collaborative inventory management.
