In the digital age,retailers,distributors and end consumers have higher and higher expectations for supply chain management.In order to meet customer needs and help companies achieve digital operations,supply chain management needs to go digital.However,for manufacturing enterprises with numerous production links and complex management contents,Supply Chain Digitalization(SCD)is an extremely difficult task.The disjointed connection between the SCD plan and business needs and the low efficiency of SCD management have caused many practices to fail.Regarding the problem of manufacturing enterprise SCD,the current industry and academic research results often confuse management with technology and organizational support.There is no clear understanding of and effective advices for the SCD driving factors,SCD mechanism,SCD research method,and SCD management plans.In response to the current situation,this paper conducts in-depth researches on the above problems at the management level,and helps manufacturing enterprises form a theoretical understanding and scientific management plan of SCD.Starting from the difficulties of manufacturing enterprise SCD,and based on the Theory of Supply Chain Management,Information Management and System Engineering,this article proposes three key driving factors of manufacturing enterprise SCD,namely Data Management(acquisition and management of data resources),Information Fusion(accessibility management of information to relevant decision points),and Intelligent Optimization(systematic optimization of digital supply chain management points),constructs a conceptual model of driving mechanism,analyzes internal connection of the three driving factors in operation management,and systematically expounds the management ideas of manufacturing enterprise SCD.The proposed viewpoints are empirically supported by real data from listed companies.In addition,this article puts forward a research method of manufacturing enterprise SCD driving factors,which provides guidance for deeply research of each driving factor.Based on the proposed mechanism of manufacturing enterprise SCD and the research methods of SCD driving factors,this paper conducts further researches on SCD driving factors.First,this article builds complete management content systems for driving factors to help manufacturing enterprises clarify the management scope.Then,this article builds decision models based on the management needs of driving factors' key issues,and formulates management plans for driving factors based on modeling results.Finally,this article puts forward management strategies for different objects in the management plan considering digital attributes of each driving factor,helping enterprises realize the efficient management of SCD driving factors.The model calculation outputs in the Case Analysis chapter show that the proposed Data Management decision model has good ability in distinguishing the relative importance of data;the proposed Information Fusion simulation model performs well in recognizing the relevance of information;and the proposed Intelligent Optimization decision model has a good planning ability in improving the overall decision utility.The innovative achievements of this article are mainly reflected in three aspects:(1)A driving mechanism of manufacturing enterprise SCD has been elaborated.Existing research on the influencing factors of SCD is incomplete or scattered in areas other than supply chain management such as human resources.The management analysis of SCD is not focused and sound enough,lacking a comprehensive research perspective.In order to analyze the management problem of manufacturing enterprise SCD,this article starts from the essence of supply chain management,combines the characteristics of digitalization and the Theory of Information Management,analyzes and summarizes the influencing factors of manufacturing enterprise SCD,and systematically proposes three driving factors of manufacturing enterprise SCD—Data Management,Information Fusion and Intelligent Optimization.Then,this article constructs a conceptual model of the SCD driving mechanism,discusses the operation mechanism and progressive relationship of driving factors,clarifies the basic principles of manufacturing enterprise SCD from a theoretical perspective,and tests the proposed driving factors and driving mechanism through real data of listed companies and by Malmquist index method and regression analysis method,which further proves the effectiveness of driving factors and driving mechanism proposed in this paper.(2)A decision-making model for Data Management of manufacturing enterprise SCD has been constructed.The existing discusses on Data Management of manufacturing enterprise SCD are mostly about qualitative analysis and fail to consider the efficiency of inputs and outputs.In order to improve the efficiency of Data Management and effectively allocate enterprise resources and energy,this paper establishes a Data Management system and builds a Data Management decision model based on DEMATEL method and HOQ method in response to the problem of Data Management plan formulation.This paper distinguishes relative importance of data from the perspective of information demands determining data demands,proposes a hierarchical management plan for data based on model results,and offers Data Management recommendations for data at different importance levels considering the digital attributes of Data Management,which improves efficiency of manufacturing enterprise SCD Data Management.(3)A decision-making model for Intelligent Optimization of manufacturing enterprise SCD has been constructed.The existing researches on decision-making management of manufacturing enterprise SCD mostly focused on efficiency improvement of single management point and neglected the overall decision-making efficiency of management points.In order to systematically improve decision-making efficiency of the whole Intelligent Optimization and to help enterprises achieve a balance between limited computing power and heavy optimization needs,this article establishes an Intelligent Optimization system,constructs a decision-making model based on ISM method and NK method for the path planning problem of Intelligent Optimization.An Intelligent Optimization analysis system has been constructed,modeled and simulated from the perspectives of system structure,optimization goals,and decision utility.The best optimization path result in regard to the improvement of overall decision utility is used to form a path plan of Intelligent Optimization,realizing efficient management of manufacturing enterprise SCD Intelligent Optimization.This study puts forward the SCD driving mechanism in order to compensate the lack of theoretical guidance of manufacturing enterprise SCD,forms a research method for in-depth study of SCD driving factors management,builds systematic content frameworks to complete the scattered management contents of SCD driving factors,and constructs decision model and management plan for each driving factor to improve management efficiency.In summary,this article establishes a complete set of basic ideas and management plans for manufacturing enterprise SCD at the level of management and decision-making,which is conducive to the construction of manufacturing enterprise SCD theory,to the establishment of manufacturing enterprise SCD management system,and to the improvement of manufacturing enterprise SCD management efficiency.
