Research On Procurement Supply Chain Process Optimization Of HY Company

With the continuous development of globalization and the increasing degree of competition among enterprises,the business environment of enterprises has become more intense.In order to adapt to the increasingly competitive environment brought about by globalization and gain competitive advantage,the competition among enterprises is not only the competition of technology and products,but also the competition of supply chain.Enterprises need to face the ever-changing market,continuously improve the operation of all links in the supply chain,reduce the operating costs of each link,and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.For manufacturing companies,supply chain management theory provides a powerful tool for modern enterprises to enhance their ability to integrate resources and improve their economic efficiency.This paper takes the supply chain management theory and enterprise informationization theory as the entry point,and analyzes the procurement management problem of HY company by means of supply chain management.Firstly,it introduces the core of enterprise informationization,procurement supply chain and enterprise informationization theory and related concepts,characteristics and connotations,and procurement supply chain management.Taking HY company as a case analysis enterprise,the diagnosis and analysis of the procurement process,found that HY company has certain deficiencies and defects in the material procurement process.This paper focuses on optimizing the activities in the material procurement process,improving the value-added aspects of process activities,clarifying the workflow and work standards of each link,and proposing the optimization design of the procurement process.The process optimization method studied in this paper is a useful exploration of HY company's supply chain management,and it also has certain reference significance for other enterprises.
