The public bicycle system is an important part of the development of urban green transport.It can not only ease traffic congestion and reduce air pollution,but also save resources and increase road utilization.In recent years,public bicycle systems have mushroomed in domestic cities.However,their current situations are not ideal.Especially under the impact of the rapid development of bike-sharing,public bicycle users are haemorrhaging from the conglomerate.In the process of the construction and operation of the urban public bicycle system,how to determine the travel demand and maximize the usage amount and utilization rate accurately is quite important.Based on above-mentioned situation,researching the station attributes and user characteristics in depth,bulid a geographically weighted regression of the factors affecting the parking pile turnover rate and a structural equation model of user satisfaction.From the coordination of supply and demand,discuss the influencing factors of public bicycle travel demand quantitatively,and propose reasonable suggestions to solve the "last mile" problem effectively.Firstly,on the basis of reading literature and field investigation,the thesis summarizes the influencing factors of public bicycle travel demand.Analyze the station attributes by using the public bicycle IC card data and stations' geographic location information.The questionnaire survey is used to capture the spatio-temporal patterns of travel and more detailed travel behaviors from the perspective of users.Combining with existing relevant theories and research results,describe the travel demand specifically,and take the parking pile turnover rate and user satisfaction as the quantitative indicators.According to the nonuniformity of the station distribution and the heterogeneity of the parking pile turnover rate,based on the ordinary least-squares regression model,the spatial location information is introduced to model the geographically weighted regression of the parking pile turnover rate in the main city of Nanjing.Using ArcGIS 10.2 to visualize the results,find that slope and population density have a significant effect on the parking pile turnover rate and the the distance between the public bicycle station and the nearest subway station influences the parking pile turnover rate spatially differently.From the perspective of users,the structural equation model is used to analyze the path and effect of the user satisfaction.The study find that service has a significant positive impact on user satisfaction.From the station supply and travel demand,the thesis provides some constructive guidance and advice to improve public bicycle travel demand in the main city of Nanjing on station distribution and system intelligence.With the least investment and the most efficient operation,create the optimal service system,perfect the public bicycle system and satisfy short-distance travel demand.
