This paper focus on Platform Universal method Detection Technology.The level of aero-engine manufacturing has also increased significantly,thanks to the country's strong support for aero-engines in recent years..The aero-engine is the flight power source of the aircraft,and the quality of the aero-engine manufacturing is particularly critical.And as the key components,the engine blade is working under high temperature and high-pressure conditions for long-term.Most of the machining accuracy of the parts is about 0.1mm,and the precision requirement will reach 0.01 mm.So,it is particularly important to ensure the product quality by accurately and efficiently detecting.blade measuring tool is the main detection method of engine blade,it has high accuracy,but the traditional measurement method cannot meet the requirements of the technology,so it is imperative to adopt the advanced detection method.Firstly,this paper reviewed the development of measurement technology of engine at home and abroad,and introduced the measuring methods of blade measuring tools include universal platform measurement and CMM measurement.Contact measurement includes blade fixture,coordinate measuring machine,optical fiber measurement,and non-contact measurement includes projector,three-dimensional optical joint arm,white light measuring machine,etc.Secondly,Combined with the development of domestic enterprises,this paper briefly introduced the status of domestic aero-engine blade detection technology.However,the domestic engine blade detection technology still takes platform detection as the main measuring method.And High-precision digital detection is lacking in capital,personnel,technology,etc.and it cannot replace the existing platform detection technology in the short term.The research of platform measuring system and measuring equipment is carried out according to the condition of testing equipment on the spot,the spatial angle dimension measurement of blade measuring tool is realized.The space angle theory is introduced and the spatial angle of the instrument studied in this paper is calculated.Adopting the universal method of platform,using measuring instruments,such as measuring block,sinusoidal gauge,lever thousand meter and so on,planning the reasonable detection path,and cooperating with the powerful analysis function of Minitab to the measuring system,The stability and detectionaccuracy limit of platform measurement system and three coordinate measuring system are demonstrated,and the improvement method of measurement is put forward.The paper analyzes the spatial angle dimension of blade measuring tools and the method of platform detecting blade measuring tools based on the design,manufacture and assembly principle of engine blade measuring tools.
