Planning Of The Water Supply And Drainage Pipeline Networks In Yutian County

With the development of social economy in Yutian County,people have a high expectation to improve the living environment and enhance the urban construction level.Relying on the opportunity that the old town develops the new districts,People's government of Yutian county proposed to construct a modern city with convenient facilities,complete functions and beautiful environment.Based on “The overall plan of Yutian county(2003-2020)”,the paper designed the planning of the water supply and drainage pipeline networks in Yutian County.1.Estimating the scale of water and wastewater treatment plants.By the rational analysis of the water demand,the recent and the far scale of water and wastewater consumption are estimated.A new water treatment plant which has the recent scale of 50000 m3/d and the far scale for 100000 m3/d is planned.A new sewage plant which has a far scale of 80000 m3/d is planned,which greatly provide a guarantee for the water demand.2.Planning of the water supply network.Under taking the advantage of current water supply facilities,a unified planning and phased construction was gived.On the principle of meeting the people's water demands and ensuring the enough water pressure and continuous water supply,the looped water supply networks were designed.If the pipes have a random damaged anywhere,we could separate it with valves to repair the damaged one,and supply water with the others pipe.In this way,we could reduce the damaged water area and increase the reliability of water supplying.In addition,the looped networks can reduce the hurt of the water hammer.The highest peak hydraulic situation has been calculated,and the fire situation and accident situation has been checked.3.Planning of the drainage pipe networks.The recent drainage system is combined system.The environment problem is so serious that a diversion system is adopted in the planning.The planning take full use of the present situation to reduce pipeline network depth and the pump station,so we can reduce the total cost and the operational management cost as much as possible.
