Vehicle body deflection is an important structural performance parameters of rail transit vehicles.The typical rail transit vehicle assembly body deflection measurement uses the dial gauge deflection measurement method and the connecting pipe deflection measurement method,which is inefficient.This paper focuses on the vehicle body deflection detection and inspection status,studying the multi-point rapid measurement technology of vehicle body deflection based on laser displacement sensing,researching on vehicle body deflection multi-point wireless data acquisition technology based on ZigBee,building a rail transit vehicle assembly body deflection measurement data processing platform with the topic of "Rapid measurement technology and application for vehicle body deflection of rail transit vehicles".The system is successfully used in rail transit vehicle assembly body deflection measurement,which improves the efficiency of testing and automation.The system has important engineering practical significance and practical research value.The research work was funded by the Science and Technology Project of Guangdong Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision(No.2018CJ11).The deflection measurement technology is studied in the paper,and the research progress of deflection measurement technology at home and abroad is reviewed,including the dial gauge deflection measurement method,the connecting pipe deflection measurement method,and the laser displacement sensor deflection measurement method,to determine the research content.The main work of the paper includes:⑴ According to the requirements of deflection rapid measurement system for rail vehicle assembly,the overall frame of the vehicle body deflection rapid measurement system is designed.The key technologies of the system are studied,including the multi-point rapid measurement technology for vehicle body deflection based on laser displacement sensing,the vehicle body deflection multi-point wireless sensing networking technology and the rail vehicle assembly vehicle body deflection measurement data processing platform technology.⑵ According to the technical requirements of multi-point vehicle body deflection laser displacement sensing measurement and the actual measurement environment of the car assembly workshop,test scheme is designed.And the measuring range,measurement accuracy and other parameters of laser displacement sensor is determined,which will decide the selection of the laser displacement sensor.What’s more,the mounting and fixing structure of vehicle body deflection measuring sensor and calibration method based on laser displacement sensing are designed to overcome multi-point rapid measurement technology of vehicle body deflection.⑶ On the basis of the feature of ZigBee wireless sensing technology,the vehicle body deflection multi-point wireless data transmission system is designed.The overall scheme of vehicle body deflection multi-point wireless data system based on ZigBee is proposed,and the construction of ZigBee wireless sensor network is completed by selecting the hardware and setting the network.
