With the development of urbanization in our country,the construction industry is benefiting from rapid development.The quality,safety and cost of engineering projects have attracted wide attention both inside and outside the industry.Especially,the selection of supporting schemes for deep foundation pit projects has become the focus of investors.From the implementation of previous projects,the selection of deep foundation pit support schemes is often based on the qualitative selection of experts in the industry according to years of construction experience,or simply based on the construction unit bidding quotation low-priced bidding method.The selection of foundation pit support scheme involves many aspects and various subjects.How to optimize the foundation pit support scheme scientifically and rationally is an urgent problem to be solved.It is the focus of this paper to select the most economical supporting scheme on the premise of technical feasibility and safety guarantee from the project background.From the point of view of cost,this paper optimizes the supporting scheme of foundation pit engineering.On the basis of a large number of documents,this paper analyzes and studies the influencing factors of the previous supporting scheme of foundation pit projects,and classifies these influencing factors.This paper mainly discusses the influencing factors are divided into two categories: the direct cost influencing factors and the inter-influencing factors.The cost impact factors.In different areas and different project environments,geological conditions,construction environment and other direct cost factors have a greater impact on the cost of foundation pit engineering.If the alternative decision is made for a specific project,the geological environment factors are the same,and the indirect cost factors have a major impact on the cost of foundation pit engineering.Secondly,the influence of construction space and supporting scheme on the surrounding residential environment,surrounding buildings and pipelines is also a more significant aspect of the cost increase;and then combined with the direct cost factors and other factors.Indirect cost factors,and the direct and indirect factors are quantified into cost indicators,integrated into a cost result value,to evaluate the comprehensive value of a foundation pit support scheme.In this paper,firstly,the development of foundation pit supporting schemes at home and abroad is analyzed and studied by literature.Then,based on expert interviews and questionnaires,the evaluation index system of optimizing foundation pit supporting schemes from the perspective of cost is established.The network analytic hierarchy process and grey comprehensive evaluation method are used as the mathematical model of this paper.Index system is calculated objectively to form index weight and ranking.Finally,through a residential deep foundation pit supporting project in Shunde,Guangdong Province,this paper demonstrates the rationality of the index system and the scientificity of the evaluation model.With the simplicity and operability of the research results,this paper provides an efficient and practical evaluation method for future projects.
