| Foundation engineering is an important part of construction engineering,bearing the load of the whole building, passing them to the foundation soil, and it is the key to ensure the entire building structure long-term stability. The selection quality of foundation design not only affects the safety of the buildings, but also determines the building’s overall economy. How to choose reasonable form of the foundation is a problem worthy of studying according to the requirements of the specific project, combining with local actual situation.Foundation design selection should consider structure safety, economy,construction difficulty, time limit of a project, environmental impact. Many factors are fuzzy and difficult to express in specific number, causing much difficulty to identify strengths and weaknesses in comparison of different solutions. This topic research in view of the actual project, firstly combined with field engineering geologic condition, hydrogeological condition, surrounding environment,construction technology and experience in this region, conceptually put forward several feasible schemes, and then use the comparison and improved AHP to evaluate and optimize the known solution to get the optimal foundation scheme. The main results were as follows:(1) Aiming at zhengzhou shoe center project, combined with field engineering geological conditions and foundation construction technology in zhengzhou city, put forward CFG pile composite foundation+ raft(independent) foundation, prestressed concrete pipe pile composite foundation+ raft(independent) foundation, bored piles foundation and post-grouting bored pile foundation four kinds of foundation scheme.Using software of PKPM- JJCAD to calculate four kinds of solutions to meet the upper structure bearing capacity, settlement and stability requirements under the premise, getting foundation structure size and quantity of reinforcement, foundation settlement, etc;(2) Consider the selected foundation scheme of construction difficulty and time limit for a project, calculating the project cost of different schemes, compare strengths and Weaknesses of different solutions from the aspects of cost; CFG pile composite foundation+ raft(independent) foundation scheme cost minimum,followed by prestressed concrete pile composite foundation+ raft(independent)foundation and post-grouting bored pile foundation, and bored piles foundation scheme cost the highest.(3) Foundation treatment and the form of pile is the main cause of different foundation cost, raft foundation cost difference is not big.(4) Using the basic principle of analytic hierarchy process(AHP) in operational research to establish the mathematical model of AHP through modifying the scale values of the traditional AHP, introducing the concept of membership degree in fuzzy mathematics. We select post-grouting bored pile foundation as the most reasonable foundation scheme, according to the previous quantitative factors and considering all kinds of qualitative factors. |
