Due to its location in the coastal areas,natural disasters such as typhoons,heavy rains and ice disasters occur frequently,and the safe and stable operation of the power grid faces a severe wind and flood prevention situation.In extreme weather,real-time and accurate reporting of emergency information has a great impact on grid d ispatching operations,faulty equipment repairs,power outages,and disaster loss statistics.However,the emergency information report adopts the method of manual statistics,OA or offline report,and the safety supervision,dispatch,biotechnology,market,materials,etc.are reported according to their respective management categories,and the report object only includes the trip time of the faulty line.The trip information has problems such as low reporting efficiency,low reporting accuracy,single reporting information,and low reporting efficiency,which cannot effectively support emergency dispatching command.In the context of the country's reference to emergency management information to a more important strategic position,it is extremely urgent to improve the efficiency of emergency management and the ability and level of response to emergencies.Nowadays,lean management thought is a new management idea from environment to management goal,and it is successful in practice.It is a management mod e that integrates enterprise environment,corporate culture and enterprise advanced management methods.Therefore,the lean management idea is introduced into the emergency information reporting process of the power enterprise.The existing emergency infor mation reporting process is optimized based on the traditional technology and the decision-making system.From the source of the emergency data,the OMS and OCS are solved.The data does not match,the amount of work reported is too long,and the data is not al owed to be submitted.This paper first studies the essence of lean management mode and the architecture and analysis methods of lean management,and analyzes the necessity and urgency of applying lean management to optimize and improve emergency information reporting.Secondly,it introduces the operational characteristics of the power grid and the relevant theoretical knowledge and management requirements for emergency report,and combines the existing reporting mode of emergency report to analyze the emergency report from the emergency report process,quality,cost,human resources and security.Problems in management and the causes.Introduce the concept of lean management with “minimum resources and create as much value as possible” into the emergency reporting management system,from emergency reporting process,quality management,cost management,human resource management and security management.The lean management model of emergency report project was constructed,and the PDCA cycle theory was used to study the emergency report construction process.This paper proposes the construction of lean emergency reporting system from three aspects: device modeling attribute and asset attribute panoramic modeling,real-time line trip intelligent alarm and automatic statistics,and comprehensive analysis based on big data.Finally,combined with the engineering application effect of the system in the typhoon "Shanzhu",it is proved that the system can effectively improve the emergency response capability of the power grid and reduce the damage caused by disasters.It can be used for other similar projects.
