Landscape Architecture Based On PDCA Cycle Management Study On Quality Control In Construction Stage

With the vigorous promotion of ecological civilization construction in China and the rapid development of the national economy,the landscape industry in China has achieved unprecedented rapid development.However,most of the garden design and construction enterprises in China are still not up to the requirements,especially some construction enterprises are far behind the requirements of The Times in terms of technology and management.As a result,many garden works fail to meet the professional requirements.Scientific and reasonable quality is the key to a goodgarden.Although a large number of experts and scholars at home and abroad have conducted a large number of studies on project quality control,there are still few studies on the combination of PDCA cycle and landscape engineering construction quality control.This article mainly by the garden engineering construction stage of quality management and control as the research object,based on the theory of PDCA cycle,the related literature at home and abroad,the paper using the method of literature,analysis,etc.,this paper expounds the theory of PDCA cycle in garden engineering feasibility for quality control in the construction process,and thus established the system of PDCA circulation of garden engineering construction quality control.Finally,this paper takes chengdu sun hung kai yue city 2 bid landscape engineering construction quality control as an example to verify the feasibility of the system in practice.The following results are obtained:1.The related concepts and theories at home and abroad are summarized,and the two are combined scientifically and rationally.PDCA cycle quality control and landscape construction are in essence of the same characteristics,that is,with the nature of enterprise,so there is the same operation process between them.PDCA cycle is run in all departments of the whole enterprise.Just like the concentric circle,the PDCA cycle of the internal department and the PDCA cycle of the whole enterprise are jointly run,finally achieving the enterprise goal.2.Combined with PDCA cycle and garden construction quality control system,the construction quality control system related to PDCA cycle was established,and the possibility of this combination was demonstrated from various aspects.According to the sequence of the process of garden construction,it can be divided into three steps:first,pre-construction preparation control,second,quality control at the time of construction,and finally,maintenance control at the end of the project.On this basis,the national forestry construction quality control system based on PDCA cycle was established.3.Taking the construction quality control of chengdu sun hung kai yue city 2 bid section as an example,the case was analyzed.After the PDCA cycle was analyzed,it was evaluated with ahp-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The landscape project of chengdu sun hung kai yue city 2 is divided into three parts,which are divided into 17 parts.The first step is to invite experts to grade the project through the analytic hierarchy process(ahp),and to calculate and analyze the influence weight of each sub-project of the project on its construction quality through the judgment matrix formed.Furthermore,the fuzzy synthesis method is used to determine the related evaluation grade of each factor,and finally the quality grade of the project is determined.According to the above analysis and evaluation,the quality results of the project are:93%excellent,7%good,0%moderate,0%poor,0%extreme poor.The final quality evaluation value of the whole project is S=93>90,and the engineering quality grade is excellent.
