| The thermal power generation industry is an important industry closely related to the development of the national economy.It is the largest source of electricity in China and a typical high-pollution and high-consumption industry.At present,the increasingly serious environmental problems have been highly concerned by all countries in the world.The government and society are demanding more and more social responsibilities from enterprises and enterprises need to shoulder more environmental obligations,which in turn leads to the direct economic On the other hand,the performance of environmental responsibility has a significant impact on the social image of the enterprise and is related to the long-term development of the enterprise.How thermal power generation enterprises from their own long-term development perspective,the implementation of environmental management,make decisions that are conducive to environmental protection has become an important issue.However,from the current point of view,the theoretical circles’ research on the environmental problems of enterprises has focused on the construction of environmental cost accounting,environmental information disclosure and environmental management systems.Mostly,the case study method is adopted and the theory is strong.However,Field investigation methods to study the status quo and application mode of environmental management,resulting in thermal power plants in the lack of environmental management activities can learn from norms guide,seriously affecting the environmental management methods in the thermal power industry promotion and application,making the theory of environmental management Practical applicability is poor.Based on this,based on the theory of environmental management,this paper applies the theory of PDCA cycle in quality engineering management and conducts on-site investigation of thermal power generation enterprises in Inner Mongolia based on field investigation.Based on a comprehensive empirical analysis of a large number of micro-data,a PDCA application model for environmental management of thermal power plants was constructed.The construction of PDCA mode of thermal power plant environmental management realizes the unification of accounting and measurement and process management of environmental management in thermal power plant and expands its application guidance in the aspects of value calculation,process control,analysis and decision-making,benefit evaluation in environmental management.Its construction is conducive to the realization of the economic and social effects of environmental management in thermal power plants.At the same time,it provides a normative guideline for the thermal power generation enterprises to concretely implement the theory and method of environmental management and carry out environmental management,and also provides a reference for other types of enterprises to implement environmental management. |
