To improve the environment and deal with energy crisis,energy interconnection construction project,as the main method to promote energy efficiency and realize the complementary of multiple energy,has been supported widely.However,lack of efficient experience in the construction is the problem since energy interconnection construction project is the new one.Hence,apart from the reinforcement of management at every stage,even every step,it is also indispensable to conclude the prevent project for the next stage or project to constantly improve the quality of whole energy interconnection construction project.Accordingly,this study analyzes the lean management of energy interconnection construction project.First,this study analyzes the background of both energy interconnection and lean management and investigates the feasibility of lean management on the energy interconnection construction project.Second,according to the concept of energy interconnection and properties of operational mode,this paper determines the goal of lean management and designs specific management plan focusing on the goal.To improve the project wholly and repeatedly,the project has been divided into four stages in accordance with PDCA cycle management model,such as planning,implementation,inspection,and processing.Moreover,lean management has been applied at every stage.Finally,energy interconnection construction project in the L district,as the specific project,has been selected to show the process of implement lean management.At the planning stage,the project goal,problem and scheme are all set.Then at the implementation stage,loan management has been applied in organization system,operation system and information system.At the inspection stage,this study constructs three level evaluation index system and evaluates the effect by set-valued iteration method,analytic hierarchy process,matter-element extension model.At the processing stage,according to the evaluation result,experience has been summed up for the third and fourth stage in the L district.To sum up,the main problems of this study focusing on the energy interconnection construction project are lack of experience in both practice and theory.To control the project quality,the innovation of this study lies in the appliance of lean management and PDCA cycle management model in the energy interconnection construction project.
