ZR Company is a private construction and installation company specializing in gas pipeline engineering in Guangzhou City.Its main clients are real estate developers,commercial plaza builders,hoteliers and catering builders,etc.,and they are committed to building one-stop engineering services.A series of services such as pipeline gas declaration,installation,acceptance and ignition,etc.at the client project construction stage.Since its establishment in 2007,the company has fully implemented the "customer first" service concept,established a stable group of customers and long-term cooperation partners,and through continuous improvement and innovation,it has gradually improved the competitiveness of its enterprises and maintained an orderly annual business volume.increase.Due to the strong regional restrictions on the installation of gas pipelines,the company’s business area is usually in Guangzhou and the surrounding areas.It is difficult to break through the growth of business volume and the business types are relatively single.Therefore,in order to improve the current status of the company,the existing business model is upgraded.In the transformation,ZR hopes to expand its business chain and develop value-added businesses through the expansion of gas facility maintenance and management services and gas leak alarms,which will increase the value of the company’s development bottlenecks.This paper uses the SWOT analysis model to summarize the actual management,technology,service,market conditions,and team operations of ZR company.At the same time,using PEST analysis method,the paper analyzes the current macroeconomic environment,industrial environment and national policy guidance of gas engineering enterprises.Combined the situations of management,technology,services,market conditions and team operations of ZR company,thus help ZR company to develop specific value-added business strategy and implementation of new strategies.ZR Corporation will continue to stabilize the business growth of gas pipeline projects in the region in the next five years,deepen the cost system management,optimize the management links and implement the business advantages of reducing costs and profit points,and fully use their own advantages,and gradually expand gas facility maintenance management services and gas leakage alarms to install two value-added services.To sum up,the article analyzes the business situations of ZR Company through various directions and finds the development of the Company.ZR will stick to the business strategy of horizontal development,make full use of its own service advantages,increase investment in value-added business expansion,Strengthen the construction management of refinement of the company team,enhance the sales ability of value-added services and optimize the construction of production and service system processes,overcome the competitive disadvantage of a single business in the past and further enhance the competitiveness of the company for the purpose of long-term development.At the same time,Provide experience to other gas pipeline construction companies.
