The Research And Development Of The Vertical Separation Electric Connector For Short Circuit Protection

The separation electric connector is an important part of the aircraft connection and separation,which is widely used in aerospace and aviation electrical systems.In recent years,with the development of miniaturization and lightweight design application to engineering model,it is more and more stringent for the environmental performance and operating conditions of the separation electric connector to the engineering model.At present,the special electric connector is targeted designed and developed at home and abroad,and there are no standardized products which is available for direct selection.Combined with the characteristics and operating conditions of the separation electric connector,this article systematically analyzes and studies each characteristic parameter index of the separation electric connector,which is used in small space.And combined with the market demand,we give specific solutions and developed the vertical separation electric connector with rain protection,and short circuit which is used in small space.First,we explained the background,purpose and significance of this study.With the analysis of the separation electric connector development at home and abroad,we propose the existing application limits of the interstage separation connectors,and lead to this article research goal and the content.Second,we analysis the key performance of the vertical separation electric connector short circuit and put forward the design requirements of the vertical separation electric connector,and short circuit.Then we made the overall design scheme from the design technology of vertical separation,short circuit and rain protection.According to the overall design idea,we gave the overall structure of the functional framework.Third,according to the working condition and performance requirements of vertical separation electric connector,we set the development scheme.And design the vertical separation institutions,locking structure and short circuit structure of the vertical separation electric connector,and short circuit.Fourth,we verified the vertical separation in theory,and perform computer simulation verification of mechanical properties of the vertical separation electric connector.Therefore,we can provide technical support for the development of the special vertical separation electric connectors.Fifth,according to the above design concept and key technology research,we developed a prototype that meets the performance requirements.Then we introduced the test technology of the vertical separation electric connector,and tested the performance indexes of the prototype through the special equipment of the vertical separation electric connector.Sixth,we summarized the research work of this paper,and pointed out the next stage of the research content and research direction of the vertical separation electric connector with rain protection,and short circuit.
