With the rapid development of aerospace models and weapon systems,the flight speed is getting faster and faster,and the requirements for severe temperature environments and high-strength mechanical environment resistance of the detached electrical connectors are also increasing.Research on high-temperature connector technology is still in its infancy and related technologies are still immature.Under this background,this paper studied the environment-resistance technology of disconnected electrical connectors,developed a separate electrical connector product that satisfies the use of high temperature environment,and improved the reliability of signal transmission of weapon type systems in complex environments.Firstly,the background,purpose and significance of this paper are described.The development status of the separated electrical connectors at home and abroad is analyzed,and the gap between high-temperature resistant technologies is compared.On this basis,the objectives and contents of this study are elicited.Secondly,the failure mode of the separated electrical connector in the high temperature environment is analyzed,and the failure mechanism of the electrical connector contact parts,insulating materials and other components in the high temperature environment is analyzed to determine the high temperature reliability of the connector and the contact parts.Based on this,the overall structure of the high-temperature isolation electrical connector was designed.Appropriate insulation materials were selected through comparative analysis and test verification;by improving the tab-type contact parts and selecting high-temperature-resistant conductive materials,the contact reliability between the contact parts was enhanced,and the contact parts were improved under a high temperature environment and a strong mechanical environment.The adaptability;through the design of double sockets to achieve the short-term function of the socket in a long time high temperature environment.Thirdly,the finite element model of the sample was established.The thermodynamic simulations verified the attenuation and delay of external heat transfer at the temperature of +400? and the temperature of +850?,and determined the zeros.The temperature conditions at different parts of the assembly validate the choice of design structure and materials to meet the requirements.Finally,a sample of the electrical connector with high temperature environment was developed.The sample was tested and verified.The test results were analyzed.The test verified that the sample meets the requirements of the development index.
