With the accelerating process of urbanization in our country,more and more people have poured into the large cities and the demand for urban transportation has also risen sharply.It also vigorously invest in building traffic facilities such as elevated shelves,tunnels,roads and bridges to ensure smooth travel.However,due to the blocking of rivers,lakes and seas,the development of many areas in the urban areas has been limited.The structural problems in the road network are prominent and the traffic congestion is unbearable.In order to improve the road network structural problems in urban areas and ease the traffic pressure around the mountains,lakes and sea areas,it is imperative to build urban tunnels to go through mountains and lakes.Wuhan was separated by the Yangtze River,the Han River and many lakes.Cross-river or cross-lake traffic has always been an important factor restricting the improvement of the road network in Wuhan.Among them,Donghu of the China's largest city lake,has a very important strategic position of transportation.In order to improve the road network structural problems in urban areas and ease the traffic pressure around Donghu,the Wuhan Donghu Passage Project of the longest lake bottom tunnel in China and its supporting project of Yujiahu Overpass were opened to traffic on December 28,2015.Donghu Passageway Project is a typical complex project with large amount of investment,high technology integration and great social impact.It needs to use many key technologies to ensure that the project can make full use of underground space and cross natural lake without affecting the urban landscape and ecological environment in order to achieve the purpose of improving urban traffic capacity.However,these key technologies have uncertainties in the whole life cycle of project construction.The technology itself has the risk of research and development,which will seriously affect the long-term exertion of key applicable technological values.It is an urgent problem to effectively measure the performance of key technologies.Therefore,a batch of key technologies developed in the early stage of Wuhan Donghu Passage Project were selected as research objects.Combining the particularity of project construction in scenic areas,the basic situation of key technologies in developing collaborative projects and research results are summarized.This paper analyzed the key applicable technical points of Donghu Passage Project based on multidimensional perspectives of technological economy,ecological engineering and low-carbon transportation,the performance evaluation index system was established.An evaluation method combined AHP and cloud model was built to evaluate the applicable technology performance level of Urban Lake Tunnel.By searching the key adverse performance indicators,it can make up for the shortage of relevant technical work.The empirical analysis shows that the key technology performance level of urban lake tunnel air purification system is medium,which adverse performance index is top.It is necessary to closely integrate the requirements of stable operation of tunnel engineering,thoroughly investigate the technical reliability,simulate the impact on the environment,and conduct technical performance evaluation to reduce the risk of non-applicability.
