In the face of the energy crisis and environmental pollution,new energy vehicles have received more and more attention due to their features of energy conservation and environmental protection,and have become a research hotspot.Electric vehicle charging stations have also been established along with the development of new energy vehicle technologies.In view of the impact of the charging load of electric vehicles on the power grid and the diversified charging needs of electric vehicle users,this topic takes the electric private car as the research object and analyzes the automobile.The pattern of travel,using wireless networking control methods,has designed a groupcontrolled intelligent charging system based on ZigBee networking.The main research content is as follows:Firstly,the overall system structure of group-controlled intelligent charging system is designed and the main functions of the system are given.Analyze the basic charging principle of DC charging equipment and AC charging equipment,establish the charging model of the charger,and obtain the power control method.Researching the technical characteristics of various types of wireless communication modules in the market and selecting suitable wireless communication solutions,a group control charging method based on Zigbee networking was proposed.According to the basic requirements of group-controlled intelligent charging system,the appropriate STM32 chip is selected as the hardware basis for implementing the control algorithm.The power module,serial communication module and other peripheral circuits of the system controller are designed.ZigBee core chip is selected to design ZigBee wireless communication circuit.Based on the short communication distance of ZigBee,the CC2591 power amplifier circuit is added on the basis of the original CC2530 chip.The Monte Carlo method was used to simulate the charge control model based on the grid selection method,simulate the charging load of the electric vehicle,reduce the peak-to-valley difference of the grid and meet the charging demand of the user.The genetic algorithm was used to find the optimal result.The power distribution of the electric vehicle charging process is achieved.Finally,ZigBee networking software design and system control strategy software design are completed according to the overall scheme of group-controlled intelligent charging system.Through the experimental test platform,the ZigBee network upload and download functions are verified,and the communication strength at different distances is tested to check the reliability and stability of the communication network.A group-controlled charging system communication protocol was formulated,a DC charger was assembled to perform the actual charging operation,and the power control effect of the coordinator on the charger under the ZigBee networking was tested.
