Research On Port Adaptability Of Container River-Sea Transportation In The Yangtze River

With the national implementation strategy of "The Belt and Road" and the Yangtze River economic belt,river-sea transportation is bonding between China and the world,and its demand and development will advance at high speed.Container as the most suitable goods for the river-sea transportation is using the golden waterway of the Yangtze River to connect the port that along the line of Yangtze River.However many container ports don't have enough capacity to serve the loading and unloading river-sea container ship,what seriously affected the development of the river-sea transportation.Therefore,it is significant to study the adaptability of ports and the container river-sea transportation in Yangtze River,it could analyze the current situation and coming development problems of the port.This study can promote the development of container river-sea transportation in Yangtze River and our national economic.In the first,this study analyzed the status of river-sea container ship,river-sea transportation's channel,the market,the container port,explained the relation and existence problems of container river-sea transportation in Yangtze River and the container port.Secondly,introduced the concept of port adaptability of the container river-sea transportation in Yangtze River,besides explained its connotation and characteristics.According to the influence factors of container port influencing container river-sea transportation in Yangtze River development to select indicators.And established port adaptability evaluation indexes of the container river-sea transportation in Yangtze River,from the two aspects of container's freight and the container ship's type.Thirdly,according to the characteristics of the selected indicators,established a port adaptability comprehensive evaluation mode that is E-DEA with entropy constraint.This model could avoid the defects of a single DEA model may not be reasonable to assign weights.Fourthly,selected 12 typical container ports in the Yangtze River Route,analyzed port adaptability of the container river-sea transportation in Yangtze River on the status and 2020 the future target years,from two aspects of the container's freight and the container ship's type.The results reflected the adaptedness of the container river-sea transportation in Yangtze River and the typical container ports.Finally,according to the evaluation results to put forward some appropriate suggestions and improvement direction for the ports.In this study,provided a practical and theoretical model to the container river-sea transportation in Yangtze River's development.Through the adaptability study of container port and the container river-sea transportation in Yangtze River,discussed the relationship,explored the interactional rules,verified the scientificalness of the model,obtained the results that ports' some aspects did not adapted to container river-sea transportation.It can provide scientific and targeted suggestions.This study put forward a feasible method to analyze the development status of container river-sea transportation in Yangtze River,and can promote "The Belt and Road" and the Yangtze River Economic Belt strategies to implement.At the same time,it will give a hand to the other modes of transport development.Therefore,this study has a strong practical significance.
