With the rapid growth of the shipping economy and the implementation and promotion of the Yangtze River Economic Belt Strategy,the number of ships has increased dramatically and the trend has become larger.In addition,the conditions of the navigation channel have been continuously improved,and the shoreline along the river have been developed in large quantities.Besides,cross-river channel and dock facilities haven been continuously built.At the same time,the fine water areas suitable for the construction of harbor anchorages are decreasing,especially in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River,the shortage of anchorage resources is particularly evident.Because harbor anchorage is regarded as an important support facility for shipping development,the continuous expansion of the port will surely put forward higher requirements for the construction of the harbor anchorage.To make full use of existing anchorage water resources,and solve the problem that port development faces the shortage of port anchorage,and promote the sustainable development of ports along the river,therefore,those have a strong demand for how to determine the construction scale of the harbor anchorage.At present,the study of the size of anchorages in ports mainly depends on the required anchorage area for the anchoring of anchorages in the relevant standards,and the anchorage scale is approximated by the number of anchors in the harbor.There is no definite theoretical method to determine the anchorage area of the ship,and relevant specifications The value of the anchorage area is relatively broad and it cannot meet the needs of the port development trend.This article mainly focuses on the anchoring of ships in the anchorage of the lower reaches of the Yangtze River in the form of single anchorage,and the status of the shortage of water resources in the anchorage of the port.It studies the anchorage area of the anchorage of the lower reaches of the Yangtze River from the anchorage area of the ship’s single anchorage.Based on the massive AIS data,this paper has collected the dynamic parameters and information of the anchoring vessels in the main ports of the lower Yangtze River.By analyzing the multiple factors affecting the anchorage scales(length,length,wind speed,velocity,depth of anchorage),AGA-The BP algorithm for calculating the anchorage area of single mooring ship.According to the hydrological and meteorological conditions of the lower reaches of the Yangtze River,ship arrival patterns,port berth service rates and berth levels,the requirements for port anchorages for different tonnage ships at a certain berth service rate are considered.The mooring requirements are established using queuing theory.The calculation model was developed to calculate the anchor number calculation software for the lower reaches of the Yangtze River.After fully considering the relevant specifications for anchorage scale requirements,a method for determining the construction scale of anchorages in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River using the anchor area calculation model and the anchor demand calculation model was proposed.Taking the Taizhou Port as an example,an example calculation and adaptability analysis was conducted on the scale of the port anchorage.Although the existing anchorage scale in the port basically meets the requirements for port operations,there is still the problem of insufficient anchorage numbers for large-scale seagoing vessels,and reasonable anchorage reduction can be adopted.Optimize the layout of anchors to effectively improve the utilization of anchorage water resources.The research results in this paper are conducive to the rational planning and effective use of the anchorage water resources in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River,which can relieve the shortage of anchorage resources in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River to a certain extent.It is not only of significance for the rational formulation of port planning,the optimization of port layout,and the determination of the port scale in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River.It can also provide theoretical and technical support for the revision of relevant regulatory standards.
