Under the background of the Internet+,the user’s needs have undergone a great change.The requirements for products have shifted from simple functionality and practicality to experiential and personalized ones.The advent of the experience economy has made the form and content of the design a great change,and providing users with a good user experience has gradually become the goal of the company.In this context,this study explores user behavior and needs from the perspective of user cognition,and uses biometric features as the evaluation criteria to establish a user experience evaluation model for design evaluation,providing good user experience for users.The research uses the user experience design of game products as a case to carry out user experience simulation analysis,and creates a user experience evaluation model based on cognitive theory.The model integrates the user experience framework and Dynamic Bayesian Network,and introduces the user’s biometric feature signals to eliminate the uncertainty brought by the single evaluation target,starting from the influence factor of the user experience design elements to enhance the quality of user experience.The research extracts the impact factor through Garrett’s user experience framework,and uses the Dynamic Bayesian Network to represent the user experience state and influence relationship on two adjacent time slices through the first-order Hidden Markov Model,thus dynamically simulating the user experience.The experiment of user biometric signal extraction was carried out.The results show that the introduction of biometric feature measurement method makes the model more accurate and can effectively overcome the instability and misjudgment of single index detection.Through the comprehensive analysis of the experimental results,a dynamic difficulty adjustment system for game is designed.The system combines the user experience with the user learning ability,and realizes the automatic difficulty configuration for the game in response to the user’s in-game behavior.This paper creates a user experience evaluation model based on cognitive theory,and combines multidisciplinary knowledge to model the intangible factors of user experience,so as to carry out targeted design evaluation and innovation optimization.This method may improve the utilization of resources in product design period,providing new research ideas and theoretical references for user experience design research.
