Application Research Of Context Awareness In The Design Of Smart Home System

With the development of science and technology,intelligent products supported by big data,cloud platform technology,and IOT technology have been used widely,which has become a trend that smart home composed of smart items are favored by most people,it can bring people high-quality life experience and satisfy the comfort,efficiency,and security of high-quality life requirements.However,there are still many problems in the single product of intelligent design,especially the lack of good user experience design,which leads to user barriers,so that intelligent technology cannot really improve the quality of consumer life.In this paper,the author tries to analyze the situation of users when they are using smart products and predict their needs according to the situation,so as to improve the experience of smart home products and tries to provide better service experience in smart home design under the guidance of the theory.Firstly,this paper summarizes the theory of situational awareness and the related theory of smart home,and analyses the core technology of smart home and successful cases.Then it discusses the value of situational awareness theory to smart home system design from two perspectives of satisfying user needs and enhancing the experience.In order to further study the relationship between situational awareness and smart home system,the author combs and summarizes the design methods and principles of situational awareness.The design methodology focuses on the analysis and prediction of user's requirements based on situational context,and how to realize the needs finally.The design principles are discussed in three aspects: including user-oriented principle,the balance principle between intelligent system and user's needs,and the mutual learning between users and products.Based on the above theory,the author takes the control system of intelligent air conditioning as the research and puts forward design strategies from three perspectives: user situation,environment situation,and task situation.In the stage of user research,the target users are interviewed in-depth to understand user needs.According to the previous theory and research results,the author constructs the user role model and scenario script.Finally,a number of intelligent air conditioning control devices are designed according to the principle of situational awareness design.This paper discusses the design and implementation of the smart home system from a new perspective,explores user needs from the context,designs user experience in the context,and changes the passive feedback of smart products into "active service".This paper explains how to dynamically acquire the changing needs of users and how to provide services for users according to the situation,which provides a new idea for user experience design of smart home products.A smart home system based on situational awareness can greatly reduce the information garbage generated in the operation process,improve user experience,and ultimately make a smart home better accepted by people.
