Compensation system is an important part of the modern enterprise management system.It is directly linked with employee's motivation which enhances enterprise's competitiveness and has to be set up in a scientific,reasonable and incentive way.It strongly influences the survival and development of a company.Therefore,to establish a scientific compensation system is the key part for strategic human resources management.It can make employees more active and creative,it also can attract and reserve exce llent employees for the sustainable development of enterprises.This paper focused on the compensation system of Company A.Company A is a company which provides consulting services for engineering design,mechanical design,construction and other aspects.We use the modern theories of salary design to analyze the main situation of Company A.In recent years,Company A has a quick development,but the dissatisfaction with compensation system has caused a lot of talent loss,which impacts the company's benefit seriously.In view of this situation,this paper determines the principle of compensation system for company A.We establish a compensation structure including wage base salary,benefit salary and position salary.Then,we design the specific scheme for each kind of workers.
