In the 21 st century,China's small and medium-sized enterprises are developing rapidly,which occupies an important position in the rapid economic development of China's business environment.It is worth noting that the managers of small and medium-sized enterprises tend to pay more attention to market development in the early stage of entrepreneurship,and will ignore the importance of scientific management of enterprises.Therefore,the old management thinking and rough line management mode will inevitably lead the enterprise into the development dilemma.Among them,the core of the enterprise-personnel,often become one of the key issues.Facts show that talents are the foundation and guarantee of enterprise development.If enterprises can attract enough excellent talents and retain talents in the competition,it will become a huge competitive advantage.The key of how to retain talents lies in talent incentive,and compensation system incentive is the key of enterprise talent incentive mechanism,and it is also an important factor affecting employee behavior.Based on this,this thesis explores the compensation system management of small and medium-sized enterprises in China,which will be of great significance to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China.In this thesis,the research direction is to explore the problems existing in the compensation system of small and medium-sized enterprises,the compensation system of HF Company is the research object,and the comprehensive compensation management theory and enterprise development strategy are the guidance.Based on the analysis of the current situation,this thesis focuses on the incentive role of internal compensation by referring to relevant literature and advanced management experience of modern enterprises.Its goal is to build an integrated management system of internal and external compensation,so as to provide a reference for HF Company.In this thesis,the research on HF compensation system is mainly carried out by reading the literature-Enterprise Research-finding problems-cause analysis-finding solutions-forming optimization scheme and other steps.In the early stage of research and analysis,the whole research process always adheres to an objective,fair and scientific attitude for the validity of data and results;in the process of schemedesign,the scheme design strictly follows the optimization principle in order to achieve the ultimate goal of optimal design of compensation scheme,this thesis forms a scientific,reasonable and rigorous optimization scheme step by step according to the compensation design process.In addition,the whole research process mainly uses literature research,questionnaire research and management research methods.Through the systematic exploration,analysis,thinking and optimization of a company,this thesis aims to have a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of human resources and compensation management,accumulate more theoretical basis for future work,and apply these theories to practice,hoping that the compensation plan formed in this thesis can help HF Company's further development and management In the future,people will be able to update their management thinking in a timely manner,take the advanced compensation management thought as the guiding ideology,constantly improve the system,and adjust the compensation system in practice,constantly strengthen the rationality,scientificity and effectiveness of the system,actively explore,check and fill vacancy,mobilize the enthusiasm of employees in their work,and promote the healthy and rapid development of enterprises.
