With the development and innovation of medical treatment,the logistics of hospital has progressively developed towards modernization.At present,Pneumatic,Rail car and a variety of large and medium-sized rail logistics transmission systems are being used and completed,but there are relatively few researches on how to deal with the scattered garbage logistics produced daily in medical ward.Based on actual field investigation data,article comprehensively analyses the form design of intelligent garbage AGV from five aspects: medical ward situation,garbage sources and classifications,flow data,streamline organization and management.Then,considering the theory on man-machine interaction,the connection among garbage turnover box,automatic guided vehicle and multidimensional interaction between them is well built and prototype schemes for intelligent garbage AGV are put forward.Based on the theory of Kansei Engineering,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and card sorting analysis,article establishes a quantitative evaluation model for product form design from safety,ease of use,efficiency and stability.Finally,using the optimal scheme as the foundation,article completes the intelligent garbage AGV form design.Targeting the waste logistics in medical ward as design object and using automatic guided vehicle as design basis,this article trys to solve the present problems and look for breakthrough of design innovation and proposes the intelligent garbage AGV design schemes.
