In the today's global economic integration,product innovation is the soul of the design,the design is facing the overall,systematic and complicated trend.Forcing designers to master more comprehensive design thinking and methods,in order to guide their product development at the beginning of the design.For in today's shower related design manufacturing industry,the existing industry has not formed a complete specification of the design specification,design market shower facilities lack of core competitiveness,most still remain in the imitation of the manufacturing of low cost,low price for the market disorderly development,more difficult to establish thinking of supporting the development of integrated system and related products between,from the initial stage of design is not accurate positioning of the innovation and development of user centered shower industry.The shower in the design and manufacture of the domestic industry is at the design of the source link,from the user and the current status of the market began to research and analysis,independent innovation and brand development,to enhance the core competitiveness of products in the design process,increase the added value of products in the manufacturing process,not the product itself is on the shower or the entire industry integration from design resources the root,to create the industry environment and development trend of improvement.This study is mainly for the shower space products and layout design of the elderly,starting from the internal product shower facilities,overview of products including segmentation under the history and trend of development;detailed competitive analysis and market analysis,from the study of double integration of online and offline,their core data,namely data in contrast to the brand and product collection,finds that the present industry shower brand and product status and demand,determined to lay the foundation for the accurate design of product positioning and market demand.The second focuses on the physiological characteristics of the target users with the simulated user behavior measurement,research and analysis of the objective system,through the form of questionnaire to grasp the frequency of use,consumer buying habits and preferences,to shower products tend to value tendency.After the typical users to determine the detailed behavior observation and behavior analysis,free interview,to further improve the design analysis of the conclusions and design.Based on reading the relevant literature,combined with the method of design,ergonomics,user research and other related disciplines,through observation,questionnaires,focus on the elderly behavior groups use shower products and space layout behavior analysis to establish demand model.In the research method of the paper,the research method is adopted to carry out the comprehensive data collection and design research.In the market research and competitive products to take part in two lines of online and offline data collection,data collection as the product and brand market research;the objective physiological data collection and research survey in user research,to comprehensive study based on user physiological and psychological data;in the observation of the typical user behavior and focus on the simulation of shower behavior measurement and actual behavior observation,measurement is the objective meaning of user behavior data collection,observation is the specific reference user behavior on the subjective meaning.In the study of each link to achieve a relatively comprehensive thinking and research,trying to find the old age group of mental models and research and analysis of the concept of the model better fit point.
