BJ Project Engineering Quality Evaluation Research

The quality of construction projects has always been a hot issue of concern to all sectors of society.The research results related to quality evaluation have been relatively rich,and some achievements have been made in practice.However,in order to objectively and realistically evaluate the quality of the project,it is necessary to have a comprehensive,scientific and standardized comprehensive quality evaluation index and evaluation system.Most of the existing project engineering quality evaluations are concentrated in the construction stage,and the research methods are mainly qualitative,and it is impossible to accurately evaluate the quality of construction projects.Based on the quality problems of construction projects from pre-preparation to post-operation,this paper evaluates the quality of construction projects through qualitative and quantitative methods.On the basis of reading a large amount of literature materials,this paper summarizes the research results of building quality at home and abroad,and learns the theory of quality evaluation of construction engineering and quality improvement of construction engineering.Through the collation of domestic and foreign literatures,the viewpoints and theoretical research results related to the quality evaluation of construction projects are extracted.In-depth study of these viewpoints and achievements,clear the research direction of the paper;based on the theoretical methods such as tomography analysis,fuzzy evaluation method,Delphi method,questionnaire survey method,established the quality evaluation system of construction projects.The project construction is divided into the preliminary preparation stage,the survey and design stage,the bidding stage,the construction and construction stage,the later operation stage and the environmental factors.Based on the literature,six primary indicators and 15 secondary indicators are managed.The source of the project quality problem was classified and the system was built to analyze the factors that may cause quality problems in the project.In addition,using the expert scoring method,from the perspective of qualitative and quantitative,using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy assessment,the quality of BJ project construction was evaluated.It is concluded that the quality of the project quality of the BJ project is“general”.Through analysis,it is concluded that the pre-preparation stage,survey and design stage,bidding stage,construction and construction stage,and post-operation stage,the problem level of environmental factors are all “general”,but it is necessary to focus onimproving preliminary preparation,survey design,bidding,Quality problems in the four stages of construction and construction.Finally,starting from the actual situation of the BJ project,combined with practical experience,suggestions for improvement are proposed from four aspects.This study takes the project quality of BJ project as the research object,evaluates the quality problem of BJ project construction project,and applies the evaluation result to the application of quality improvement,and puts forward suggestions for project quality improvement.In the early planning stage,the project should be scientifically positioned.Determine the project construction objectives and formulate a sound quality assurance system;in the survey and design stage,the enterprise's responsibility quality control system and construction drawing design review system shall be established to strengthen quality supervision and management;in the bidding stage,quality shall be included in the bidding documents.The management system strictly reviews the qualifications of the bidders and selects the best,and strengthens the quality control of all materials and services;in the construction phase,it is necessary to strengthen the risk control of personnel and technology.It is hoped that through this research,it can provide reference and reference for the quality improvement of similar construction projects.
